Cultural Award Winners 2024

At the very first prestigious Cultural Awards ceremony held at Burnley Mechanics Theatre, on Thursday 5 September, Burnley Film Makers won the Volunteer organisation award for our work in the town; making films, putting on film shows and for recording Burnley's great history and heritage. We were awarded a tropy and certificate which we get to keep. It was a really great evening and just being nominated was enough but to win the award was something else. Thanks go to ALL those who contributed to making Burnley Film Makers what it is today - a great institution for local amateur film makers.
