It's Welcome Week at Burnley Film Makers!

We're back at Higham Village Hall for the start of a brand new 2026-27 season on Wednesday the 9th of September starting at 7:30pm. Week one is 'Welcome Week' as we welcome oldcomers and newcomers to BFM, for an evening of 'what did you film over the summer!' Please bring along a film or two on a memory stick in .mp4 format and we will show it on the big screen in 4K.

This is our 95th year of making films and promises to be a busy one. Our programme is published on our website showing what's on each week. Be sure to look at the programme to see whats on as any enforced changes will be published on there first.

There is something for everyone interested in making films.

On Tuesday the 15th of September we will be hosting the third year of 'BURNLEY ON FILM' at Burnley Mechanics, starting at 1:30. There will be two different, FREE one hour film shows with a 30 minute break in between.. If you want to attend you need to contact the Mechanics box office to book your tickets.
